Online payments for both Mediation Services and the court-ordered Family Ties Program are available for Orange County Family Cases in the Ninth Judicial Circuit. To complete this transaction online you will need one of the following credit cards: (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express)
A processing fee of $1.50 will apply to each transaction.
Family Ties Fees:

• Supervised Visitation = $20 per session
• Monitored Exchange = $15 per session
• Virtual Supervised Visitation = $10 per session

The Family Ties Program requires a court order. All payments for the service are non-refundable.
Mediation Fees

• If the combined gross income of the two parties is less than $50,000 = $60.00 per party for up to one 3-hour session
• If the combined gross income of the two parties is less than $100,000, but more than $50,000 = $120.00 per party for up to one 3-hour session
• If the combined gross income of the parties exceeds $100,000 = The parties may select a private mediator.
• If the Clerk has certified a party as indigent = No charge
